
INGREDIENTS
(FOR 2 SERVINGS)
125 g sweet potato glass noodles
1 garlic clove
1 bunch spring onions
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp chili flakes
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
30 ml oil
PREPARATION
Cook the noodles and then transfer them to a bowl.
Chop the garlic clove and spring onions and add them to the bowl along with the other ingredients. Pour the hot oil over the top – it should sizzle. Mix well and serve.
