
INGREDIENTS
(FOR 2 SERVINGS)
For the sauce:
1 tsp ginger
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp gochujang paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp honey
For the rest:
1 tbsp oil
100 g beef tenderloin
50 g bell peppers
30 g red onions
125 g sweet potato glass noodles
PREPARATION
Finely chop the ginger and garlic and mix with the remaining sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the thinly sliced beef tenderloin. Cut the vegetables into strips and add them after 2 minutes, then fry for another 3 minutes. Cook the glass noodles according to the package directions and drain. Combine the cooked noodles with the beef and vegetables, then add the Korean sauce. Cook for 1 more minute and serve.
