At Just Taste Ireland, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it easy for you.
Cancelling Your Order
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please email us at info@justtaste.ie and let us know. Once the goods are returned to us in their original, unopened condition, we’ll arrange a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you expected, please contact us straight away at info@justtaste.ie. We’ll sort out a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, and we’ll cover any reasonable return costs in these cases.
Returning Items
Unless the item was damaged or incorrect, you’ll need to cover the cost of sending it back. Please make sure goods are securely packaged so they arrive safely.

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of us receiving your return.
- They’ll be made using the same payment method you used for your order.
- Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account.
